Privacy notice for the workspace demonstration

Who is responsible

IkigaiAI, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 42030071, is the controller for the details you enter on the demonstration's registration form. Questions and requests go to info@ikigaiai.nl.

This notice covers the demonstration at demo.ikigaiai.nl and its Cloudflare address ikigaiai-workspace-demo.pages.dev.

What is collected and why

• Your name, organisation, email address and, if you choose, your role. We use these to know who has viewed the demonstration and to follow up if you asked us to.
• The country your connection came from, your browser type and the time of registration, used to understand interest in the demonstration.
• Whether you ticked the consent box. Only people who tick it receive updates about the IkigaiAI workspace. Every update includes a way to stop receiving them.

The demonstration is open without registration. The form appears only if you choose "Get updates" or accept the invitation shown after some time; you can dismiss it. If you open the demonstration through a personal link we sent you, we record that the link was opened, with the country and time, so we know the invitation reached you.

The demonstration itself uses fictional programme data. Nothing else you do inside it is recorded.

Where it is kept and for how long

Registrations are stored in IkigaiAI's Cloudflare account in the European Union region where possible and are kept for 24 months from the date of registration, after which they are deleted. They are not sold or shared with third parties. Cloudflare processes the data as a service provider under its own privacy commitments.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent to updates, at any time by emailing info@ikigaiai.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Anti-spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile does not show adverts or build a profile of you.
